"True to his word" – Honest, professional, and rare to find!
I cannot recommend Over The Top Heating & Air enough! We were in a situation where another company had already diagnosed our unit, and as it turns out, they were completely wrong in their diagnosis. They were essentially trying to force us to buy a whole new unit that we didn't necessarily need.
Jeff was true to his word from the start. He told us he wanted to come out and diagnose it himself because he refused to just go off what other people said—especially if it could be a simple $100 fix that would keep the unit running efficiently for the rest of its life.
You just don’t find that type of person anymore. Jeff was honest, thorough, and proved he actually cares about the customer. He even gave us the diagnostic for free (a $129 value) as a complementary service and used an entire bottle of his product to make sure the job was done right. You truly cannot find this level of integrity anywhere else. If you want someone you can trust, call Jeff!

Jeff and Aaron just replaced our unit with a new high efficiency unit and we could not be happier! Only took a few hours, they were clean, professional and walked us through set up and use of the new unit. We have been quoted way higher prices for same install and previously for repairs we needed. Jeff and team are honest, reliable and always work with you to do exactly what you want without any upsale pressure or unwanted sales! We will be sticking with this company for the long run!!

Jeff is truly special when it comes to customer service. He saved me from the evil forces of the Big Red “R”. He invited me to watch as he diagnosed the problems with my furnace. “R” recommended a new furnace for thousands of dollars. Seems I needed a part that cost less than $160 installed! Phoned ahead and showed up on time. Cared to keep things clean. Crawled around in the attic and did the task in a timely manner. You do not feel bad about the cost when the job gets done right.
